Terms of Service

Last updated: April 18, 2026

By creating an account or running an app on Bopier, you agree to these terms. They're the contract between you and KRKA (operator of Bopier). If anything here is unclear, email support@bopier.com before you click accept.

01 The service

Bopier lets you describe an idea in natural language, turn it into an interactive form-based app powered by a large language model, publish it on a short URL, and collect the visitors who run it as leads in a dashboard. Every app is public at its slug URL as soon as it's created.

02 Accounts

  • You sign in through Google. Keep your Google account secure — anything done under your session is your responsibility.
  • You must be at least 16 years old (13 in the US) to create an account.
  • One human per account. Automated signup or role accounts without prior written permission are not allowed.
  • You can delete your account any time from /account. Your data is erased per the Privacy Policy.

03 Subscription and billing

  • Pro plan is $9 USD / month. It includes 500 runs per billing period and access to the full lead dashboard with CSV export.
  • 7-day free trial, no credit card required. You can use the product fully during the trial; leads captured while on trial are held and unlock when you subscribe.
  • Overage is billed at $0.05 per run above the 500-run allowance, posted at the end of the period.
  • Billing is handled by Stripe. You can update your card, download invoices, or cancel from the Stripe customer portal reachable at /billing.
  • Cancel any time. You keep Pro access until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods.
  • Prices are exclusive of VAT / sales tax where applicable. Stripe collects tax for us in supported regions.

04 Acceptable use

Don't use Bopier to:

  • Generate or distribute content that's illegal where you operate — CSAM, incitement to violence, doxxing, terrorism, malware, etc.
  • Collect personal data you don't have a legal basis to collect, or under pretense (no fake giveaways that exist only to harvest emails).
  • Send unsolicited bulk email. The leads captured through your app are people who voluntarily ran your form — treat them that way, and honor unsubscribe / deletion requests.
  • Impersonate another person or company.
  • Abuse the AI pipeline — jailbreak prompts, infinite loops, prompts explicitly designed to exfiltrate our system prompts, or to scrape the underlying models.
  • Automate app execution beyond the 30 runs / app / hour rate limit, or evade it.
  • Resell access to Bopier as a standalone service without a written agreement.

We may suspend or remove apps and accounts that violate this section. Severe or repeated violations result in permanent termination.

05 Your content

You own your prompts, apps, and leads. You grant Bopier a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your content strictly as needed to run the service (e.g. showing your app's page to a visitor, forwarding inputs to a model provider, emailing results to a lead). This license ends when you delete the content.

You're responsible for having the rights to everything you put into an app, and for anything your app produces for a visitor.

06 AI outputs

Bopier generates text using third-party large language models. Outputs can be wrong, biased, made-up, or offensive. You are responsible for reviewing anything a visitor will see, and for any decisions made based on the result. Bopier makes no warranty that outputs are accurate, complete, up-to-date, safe, fit for a particular purpose, or free of third-party rights infringement.

Don't rely on Bopier for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical advice.

07 Fair use of the platform

  • Each app is rate-limited to 30 runs per hour to keep costs predictable.
  • We reserve the right to throttle, cache, or stop serving requests that threaten the stability of the service or that appear automated / abusive.
  • We may change model vendors, model versions, or routing at any time. Outputs for the same input may vary.

08 Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account for a material violation of these terms, for non-payment, or if required by law. If we terminate an active subscription without cause, we'll refund the unused portion of the current billing period.

On termination: your apps stop responding to visitors, your leads become unavailable through the dashboard, and — after the retention periods in the Privacy Policy — are deleted.

09 Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Bopier is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don't guarantee uptime, that specific features will remain available, or that bugs will be fixed on any schedule.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KRKA's total liability arising out of or related to the service is capped at the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid Bopier in the 12 months preceding the claim. KRKA is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost leads, revenue, profits, or data.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g. gross negligence, willful misconduct, or certain consumer-protection statutes).

10 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold KRKA harmless from any claim brought by a third party arising out of (a) your content, (b) your use of the service in violation of these terms, or (c) your infringement of any third-party right.

11 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we'll email the address on your account at least 14 days before the change takes effect, and post the updated date above. Continuing to use Bopier after the effective date means you accept the new version. If you don't, you can cancel and delete your account.

12 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally within 60 days will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toronto, Ontario, unless applicable consumer law grants you the right to bring suit in your place of residence.

14 Affiliate links

Any registered user with a configured username may share a bop using an affiliate URL of the form /app/<slug>?ref=<your-username>. Attribution of leads captured through that URL follows payment: if you have active quota when a submission arrives, the lead is shared with you and the bop creator; if only the creator has quota, the lead goes to the creator; if neither party has quota, the lead is retained by the platform as a fallback. No monetary compensation is attached to affiliate attribution by default. We reserve the right to disable affiliate attribution for abuse. Creators retain full control over their bops; affiliate activity does not grant editing rights to the referenced bop.
